Finding new in the old

When you spend time ardently wishing and praying for new circumstances, hardly anything in life fills you with both regret and gratitude more than the instance when, over the course of experiences, you suddenly realize through a flash of inspiration that you never needed anything new, but only to see the old with new eyes. You are filled with the memory of your ingratitude, complaining, and the regret of your petulant insistence of knowing better by wishing to find peace in the new. Yet you are filled with something else…with gratitude and joy for discovering that all you ever needed was in the old, and that to find it you only had to seriously use the Word to see with new eyes.

Then you realize in the spirit what you hitherto held as beliefs in the mind. That, is in all things: God is right, is His Will is right, His Laws are perfect and just, and you are wrong! Thus you realize the greatest need today are conceptual tools and insights that help the individual recognize the Perfection of this absolute Justice and Love in the moment.
