Peace and quiet

I hear the word “peace” a lot, usually used in reference to “peace and quiet”. However, peace is not atmospheric stillness or unbroken silence. Nor is peace a diminishment of energy through relaxation. Peace is harmony. Harmony meaning an alignment of thoughts, words, and deeds with the intuition. The syzygy between all four is the harmony that expresses peace. In this alignment, there is no “diminishment” or “lessening”, but rather an amplification and strengthening. Simply put, peace is the state of harmony between words, thoughts, and deeds with the intuition.

Quietness can help facilitate it, but quietness is a means and not end itself. It is a tool but not the actual peace. You can be quiet, but if all the layers of one’s soul and energy is not swinging with the intuition, there is no peace. Only external quietness and stillness.
