Deep within

I woke up reflecting and came to a great realization. Mainly that every single action and decision by the human spirit on earth is driven by the deepest craving to experience Attributes of God.

When a person longs for friendship, what are they seeking? Warmth, communion, support, security. All these are attributes the spirit seeks to experience through these earthly unions that reflects the Nature of God. When a person seeks a relationship with their earthly parents, what are they seeking? A connection of love, trust and reliability through which they can recognize their own identity and tendencies as individuals. This is an outward manifestation of his inner search to recognize his spiritual identity and the attributes therein through establishing a firm connection to His Divine Parent. Only in this connection does he find his true identity and a place of belonging. As above, so below.

Is it partying, enjoyment, festivities, sports? All these things are a craving for unbounded joy that can come about only through the devotion of his earthly works in gratitude to his Divine Parent. The consequence of this devotion, lively work and activity brings about the supreme bliss of the human spirit.

Hence everything man does on this earth is driven by the deepest desire to experience the Attributes of God in various forms. The experiences of these attributes is what brings supreme bliss that brings everlasting peace.
